*Danzig es una banda de Heavy Metal de Estados Unidos de América, formada por el vocalista Glenn Danzig, quien ya había formado parte de “The Misfists” y “Samhain”, aunque la banda es considerada como Heavy Metal, debe acapararse que en sus inicios tomaron influencias de Blues, Glenn Danzig es un gran vocalista con grandes capacidades técnicas, una voz grave, profunda y potente, que hace recordar a artistas como Jim Morrison, Elvis Presley o Jimi Hendrix, la música de la banda se basa en el satanismo, puesto que las bandas antecesoras de Glenn fueron de ese estilo, aunque Punk, es lenta pero llena de letras y con tintes oscuros que recuerdan al movimiento gótico, Glenn es el principal compositor de todas las canciones de la banda, el se ha inspirado mucho con respecto a comics o algunas cosas que ha leído, la banda hace un concierto cada 31 de Octubre (Hallowen).
