*Quiet Riot fue una banda estadounidense formada por el legendario Randy Rhoads en 1975, que se encontraba entre el Hard Rock a finales de los 70’s y el Heavy Metal a inicios de los 80’s en donde tuvieron mayor éxito comercial, los primeros discos de la banda, al principio solo fueron lanzados en Japón, pero poco a poco, mientras la banda iba creciendo ambos discos serían públicos mundialmente, lo que les comenzó a dar gloria fueron los dos primeros álbumes editados a principios de los 80’s, ya con un Heavy Metal modernizado editaron en 1983 y 1984 “Metal Health” y “Condition Critical”, los cuales fueron tan exitosos en esa época, que dieron un aporte al Heavy Metal de esos años, Quiet Riot es de las bandas más importantes en la formación del Heavy Metal de los 80’s, en 1979 Randy Rhoads va a hacer unas pruebas para quedar con la banda solista Ozzy Osbourne, Ozzy no duda en contratarlo, y Quiet Riot deja de trabajar durnate una temporada de 3 años, y vuelven realizando éstos trabajos de los 80’s, el nombre de la banda se deriva de una novela de John Barthde titulada “Giles Goat-Boy”, Quiet Riot está dentro de los 100 mejores artistas de Rock Pesado de todos los tiempos, y han logrado vender aproximadamente unos 60 millones de copias alrededor del mundo, eso da muchas repuestas con respecto a su gran calidad.

*En 2003 la banda se separa por complete, Rudy se va a la banda de Dio, y los demás igual, cada quien por su lado, en 2005 Kevin realiza un disco titulado “In For The Kill”, un disco de puros covers como “Highway To Hell” de “AC/DC”, se editó un último disco Reahab en 2006, la banda muere hasta el fallecimiento del legendario Kevin DuBroe al parecer sus compañeros fueron a su departamento y lo encontraron muerto, la amistad que tenían era muy buena, por lo que afectó totalmente a los demás, y es cuando la banda queda en las leyendas.
